This is my very good friend Ty, he has been with Yamaha for almost 3 years now.He is one of our Tech support experts working Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific time.
We don't get to hang out too much because of our busy schedule but when we are home we always find a good excuse to get lunch together.
